Many veterinarians are choosing to enhance their practice by purchasing endoscopy equipment. Most are pleased with this investment decision, both financially and personally. What procedures do I want to perform?
GI endoscopy, laparoscopy, cystoscopy, rhinoscopy, thoracoscopy, bronchoscopy, otoscopy, arthroscopy...

How long has this company been in the business?
Many companies have come and gone leaving their clients without an option for repairs and service.

     
 

Are your products used in human medicine?
Quality and FDA standards are strict for human medicine while there are no requirements for claims made in veterinary medicine.

     
 

Are the products you sell manufactured by your company or purchased/subcontracted from other manufacturers?
Quality control is always stronger when dealing with the manufacturer.

   

 

 

Do you supply all the necessary accessories I will need?
Buying piecemeal can be more expensive and result in a lower quality system.

   

 

 

What is your warranty? Service policy?
Reliable warranties and technical service are an important part of the package you are purchasing.

   

 

 

Are all of the components soakable?
Protects the equipment during procedures. Important for cleaning and sterilization.

   

 

 

Can you show me how I would perform the procedure?
If they cannot show you with the equipment they have, perhaps it cannot be done.

   

 

 

Do you offer continuing education?
The quicker you learn and the more procedures you can perform, the easier it will be to make endoscopy profitable for you. It is also an indication of their commitment to our profession.

   

 

 

Could you provide me with references of people I can contact who are using or have tested this equipment? Where is your R&D facility?
There are many "look alikes" and "me too's" out there that have never tested their products. They are using you as the test.
