KARL STORZ AIDA™ VET is a compact data archiving system designed
especially for veterinary medicine. It is capable of capturing,
archiving and retrieving digital images and videos. Reports can
be printed directly from the unit or transferred electronically.
The optional foot-switch also allows sterile, ergonomic operation.

There is no need for a separate computer monitor as all work
can be done on the medical monitor used for the live endoscopic
procedure.
A Triple-pedal Footswitch controls still capture, video recording and allows
the user to change from live mode to capture mode.
Files can be searched by any of several user-defined parameters (for instance:
Date, Doctor, Description).
The system is ready for operation immediately. Individual media, which until
now had to be made with a printer and video recorder, are now found in
multimedia form on a single CD-ROM. The stored data can easily be integrated
into any clinic software.
